Despite the hurdles, our Aomori Cascade hops continue to showcase the unique terroir of Japan with each passing year. To further elevate the flavor profile, we've carefully selected a blend of our favorite complimentary hops to accompany the Cascade variety. In order to truly highlight the exceptional qualities of our fresh hops right off the vine, we have chosen a clean and dry lager as the canvas for this year's creation. This enables us to craft a beer that beautifully captures the essence of the hops, resulting in a truly remarkable drinking experience.
